1. Turn off “Your computer might be at risk” in Windows XP

Any new instalation of Windows XP with SP2 will pop out this annoying message frequently. It says :

Your computer might be at risk. Antivirus software might not be installed.



Here are simple to follow steps to turn it off:

STEP 1 : Go to "Control Panel" then open "Security Centre"



STEP 2 : Whichever item(s) among Firewall, Automatic Updates, Virus Protection has highlighted in RED, click on double down arrow to expand and then click on "Recommendations".



STEP 3 : Check the option says "I have an antivirus program that I'll monitor myself......" and click OK.



STEP 4 : You can edit the alert getting option for all 3 items under Security Center. Go for option "Change the way Security Center alerts me link at the left in Windows Security Center."



STEP 5 : Choose the option you do not want to be alerted and uncheck it. Press OK.



That's It.....You have burried that anooying ballon maker.
